How Swede it is

The crowds came out Sunday morning for the Swedish Cultural Center's Swedish Pancake Breakfast.

We ate our lingonberries and whipped cream topped Swedish pancakes amongst a huge crowd of Swede-curious peeps and enjoyed the Swede tunes of a live folk band. Yes, some even showed off their Swede dance moves. Can't wait till September for the next pancake cookout!

puzzel of the day . . . .

A stray black cat, sits in the middle of an intersection paved with black asphalt. The entire town is painted black, and due to a massive power failure there are no streetlights. A Chevy Tahoe with two broken headlights drives straight through the intersection, straight towards the cat-but at the last second, manages to swerve out of the way just in the nick of time. How is this possible?
